Great Gran's Ghost
My paranormal experience happend at home at the age of about 12. We had recentley moved house for about the seventh time. I felt quite settled in this house, though.
My brother began to be quite concerned about me when I started talking to someone in my sleep, but never said anything to me, though; he said he never wanted to scare me. I began to sleepwalk constantly, telling my brother to come and look at this person in my room. He thought I was just asleep and tucked me back up in bed.
Then one night when I was in bed asleep, I awoke to see a lady sitting at the end of my bed – a faint greyish shadowy figure; she looked so happy. My body just shut down. I hid under my duvet. I never said anything to anybody as I thought that nobody would believe me.
Then a couple of years later I was babysitting for my cousin when I saw a picture on the fireplace of the lady I saw in my bedroom! When my aunty came back, I was so eager to find out who she was. I asked the question and my aunty said it was my great gran! I found out that everyone said I was just like her, and she had died before I was born.
When I was about 17, I went to a spiritualist church and my great grandmother came through. She said she was sorry she scared me, but she often comes to visit me. She also said to look for the man in an army uniform in a picture, that I will know when I see it.
I foud the picture. It was Uncle Joe.The last thing that the lady told me was that William or Joseph will be in a job that involves a uniform. I asked my gran, as she was studying the family tree, but nobody with ethier name was in our family. It wasn't until last year when my reading all became true. I had two baby cousins age one and two called William and Joseph, but i suppose I have got to wait 17 years to find out if my great grandmothers prediction will come true.
