Motivated by need or ambition, we now have something to aim for—success in our chosen field. A young performer lays on the floor in an almost fetal position, possibly exhausted or at the point of giving up. 

Despite the constant effort and repetition she has put into her endeavors so far, she is once again questioning herself. Can she ever be good enough? Will she ever make it? Despair, doubt and frustration cloud her progress.

 Possibly her efforts are hampered further by other limitations, physical or mental, or possibly outside factors. Other commitments distract her or compete for her time. It’s easy enough to dream and establish goals. 

The question now is whether that dream is realistically achievable, or a distracting oasis that will simply torment but never be reached.

Poverty 

A surviving young maiden kneels with a touch of desperation within a lost a city that has been corrupted and contaminated with unnatural & unhealthy elements.  Illnesses & physical disabilities, as well as financial losses, have run wild the city where she lives. It amazes her that she has become  one of the many victims, losing everything that she gained through hard work & dedication

Despite this tragedy, she has not lost her hopes, she scavenges the city for what she needs in order to survive and push through.

In a reading this card represents losing material belongings & feeling helpless, you've lost what you've worked hard for but that's not the end, you are feeling ill or fatigued, you've gone out in a limb for someone or you're not receiving the full support from someone you care about. 

It's time to move on.
